User Data Deletion

1. البيانات التي يمكن طلب حذفها

• بيانات العميل، مثل الاسم ورقم الهاتف وواتساب والملاحظات.
• ربط العميل برقم الحاوية أو الشحنة، عندما لا يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونياً أو تشغيلياً.
• رسائل واتساب التي استلمها نظامنا ومعرفاتها وحالاتها.
• البيانات التي استلمها تطبيق HMS Logistics من Facebook أو WhatsApp أو خدمات Meta.
• بيانات حساب المستخدم الإداري، إذا كان مقدم الطلب مستخدماً مخولاً في النظام.

2. خطوات تقديم الطلب

1. أرسل رسالة إلى info@hmstar.net بعنوان طلب حذف بيانات.
2. اذكر اسمك، ورقم الهاتف أو واتساب المرتبط بالخدمة، وحدد ما إذا كان الطلب يخص بيانات الشحن أو Facebook أو WhatsApp.
3. أضف رقم الحاوية أو التتبع عند ارتباط الطلب بشحنة، وتجنب إرسال أي كلمة مرور أو رمز تحقق.
4. سنرسل تأكيد استلام، وقد نطلب وسيلة تحقق مناسبة لمنع حذف بيانات شخص آخر.
5. بعد التحقق، سنحذف البيانات المؤهلة ونرسل تأكيداً عند اكتمال الطلب.

3. مدة معالجة الطلب

نسعى إلى الرد الأولي خلال سبعة أيام عمل وإكمال الطلب خلال 30 يوماً. إذا كان الطلب معقداً أو يتطلب مراجعة قانونية، فسنبلغك بسبب التأخير والمدة المتوقعة.

4. البيانات التي قد نحتفظ بها

قد لا نتمكن من حذف بعض البيانات فوراً عندما يكون الاحتفاظ بها ضرورياً للوفاء بالتزام قانوني أو محاسبي، أو تسوية معاملة شحن قائمة، أو منع الاحتيال، أو حماية حقوق الشركة أو العملاء. سنقيد استخدام هذه البيانات للغرض الذي يبرر الاحتفاظ بها، ثم نحذفها عند انتهاء الحاجة القانونية أو التشغيلية.

5. إلغاء رسائل واتساب دون حذف بقية البيانات

إذا كنت ترغب فقط في إيقاف رسائل واتساب، اكتب طلب إيقاف في المحادثة أو راسلنا على البريد. سنحدّث حالة الموافقة دون حذف السجلات التي نحتاجها لإكمال خدمة الشحن القائمة أو الوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية.

6. التواصل

1. Data you may ask us to delete

• Customer details such as name, phone or WhatsApp number, and notes.
• The association between a customer and a container or shipment, where retention is not legally or operationally required.
• WhatsApp messages received by our system, message identifiers, and status records.
• Data received by the HMS Logistics app from Facebook, WhatsApp, or other Meta services.
• Administrative user account data if the requester is an authorized system user.

2. How to submit a request

1. Email info@hmstar.net with the subject User Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your name and the phone or WhatsApp number associated with the service, and state whether the request concerns shipping, Facebook, or WhatsApp data.
3. Include the container or tracking number when the request concerns a shipment. Do not send a password or verification code.
4. We will acknowledge the request and may ask for reasonable verification to prevent deletion of another person's data.
5. After verification, we will delete eligible data and send confirmation when the request is complete.

3. Processing time

We aim to provide an initial response within seven business days and complete the request within 30 days. If a request is complex or requires legal review, we will explain the delay and provide an expected completion period.

4. Data we may need to retain

Some data may not be deleted immediately when retention is necessary to meet legal or accounting obligations, settle an active shipping transaction, prevent fraud, or protect the rights of the company or its customers. Use of retained data will be restricted to the purpose that requires retention, and it will be deleted when that requirement ends.

5. Stopping WhatsApp messages without deleting other data

If you only want to stop WhatsApp messages, reply with a stop request or email us. We will update your consent status while retaining records needed to complete an active shipping service or meet legal obligations.
